It's about refusing to control others through manipulation of words or actions, and not giving a damn how they feel about it. Stop faking your life; stop mincing your words, taking people all around the block. Work on yourself; stop trying to get others to change. People generally change when they are tired of hurting, and not a moment sooner. Above all, give a damn about yourself. You aren't a doormat; you aren't property. Say NO when you mean it. YOU dictate how your life goes. If you do that, others will want it for themselves. You only get what you put out. Show people how they can have it by being it."
