"With his back still to me Heath speaks up his voice sounding strange. He is still in his room. I pause for a moment then start to walk towards the hall that leads to his room when Heath stops me. Jade, I look and this time he is looking at me. I know your decision and its a rough one especially on him. I nodded and he turned back around. I walked to his bedroom door and was going to knock but then stopped myself. I slowly turned the knob and slipped in. He was already up sitting on the edge of the bed leaned over with his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands. His hair was a mess from where I can see he has been running his hands through it as a stress habit. Streaks of sunlight that slipped through the blinds stretched across the bed and him showing off his tan and muscles. He lifted his head bringing his eyes to mine. They were that yellow brown that I could stare at for hours. He looked like he gotten no sleep. He tried smiling but it couldn't hide any of it. I decided."
