“I wasn't even nervous, because I was so excited. I could not wait to get out there, to walk down the ramp in front of Baltimore. When I came out, it was such a rush. It went right through my body. I couldn't stop smiling. I was so in awe of the way the crowd responded because coming from WCW, the last time we were in Baltimore, we didn't have as many fans there, and they weren't as excited. I can't even explain it, it was like the best thing that's ever happened to me, as far as crowd responses. The people were on their feet, because it was such a surprise. That's what everyone kept asking me backstage... 'Are you nervous?' And I just said, 'I can't wait to get out there!'”
