Dunno, or Know-Nothing (Russian: Незнайка, Neznayka that is Don'tknowka ; from the Russian phrase "не знаю" is a character created by Soviet children's writer Nikolay Nosov. The idea of the character comes from the books of Palmer Cox. as well as the film series Our Gang.
