“What do you do when you can't confide in the ones you trust the most because all you really want to do is hurt them and because it will only make things worse? When they go behind your back and don't tell you that something is wrong? It makes me sick, I've always been the strong one and I have to be the one that doesn't cry or get mad because then it would make the other feel worse. I want to tell them everything cause I don't want to be the strong one anymore, that I don't want to have to hide what I feel. That I could just cry without having to worry about what would happen. I want to, I really do but I hide. I hide behind my glass mask so that others don't see me break apart. That's why I am the strong one. I can't let them see me break cause I have to be the wall that holds them up when they fall apart. I guess that is just what I was meant to be. I have to be strong and smile through the tears and the pain and heartache. I just have to smile and it will all go away. I am done.”
