“For some people there is some one you refuse to let go of , that one person from your past that you just keep holding onto , even though that person has left you and moved one with life , you just wont stop callin them or texting them ,or emailing them . well until you do , you will never have the happiness you want and deserve , for holding onto that person from the past will only hold you back because you can't learn from those memories and feelings since you have not let them go. the fact is your hurting your self and holding your self back from the happiness that is just waiting for you..it really is not hard to let the person go , actually it is very easy. just remover the number from your phone , remove the email address from your phone & computer and unfriend them on facebook and in some cases change your number . yes I know it all sounds harder to do than it really is trust me you will be supprised just how fast things start looking much better for you , and how fast you are much happier. believe me I did all of this and I wish I would have done it a lot sooner.
