About Siddhartha Mukherjee
Siddhartha Mukherjee wrote The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer (2010), which earned the 2011 Pulitzer Prize for General Nonfiction and the Guardian First Book Award, and was listed by Time as one of the All‑Time 100 Nonfiction Books. His next work, The Gene: An Intimate History (2016), appeared on the New York Times 100 best books list and was a finalist for the Wellcome Trust and Royal Society science book prizes. He received the Lewis Thomas Prize in 2019.
