“I have Aetna (and used it all through my pcganenry) but have never heard of maternity insurance your prenatal care is all covered under your regular insurance. If you have an HMO, the only difference is that you will have to get your primary doctor to confirm the pcganenry and then refer you to an OB. Everything else stays the same. The only other thing is when you go on maternity leave at the end of your pcganenry. In that case, it will likely be a different company handling that. My short term disability was with Unum.
