“Travis C. Holly (Arnold), 30 former Deming resident, died in Silver City on Jan. 26, 2001. Born Jul 6, 1970 in Payson, AZ., to Wm. C. and Amanda C. Holly. Moved to Deming in 1980 with his family. Loved hot rods, did expert paint and body work, wrote poetry and enjoyed music. Worked for Joe Jacobs Construction in Silver City. Survived by his children, Makea Patrice Amanda Arnold of Deming and Christopher Travis Arnold of Phoeniz, father, Wm. C. Holly and wife, Patty of Sun City West, AZ, sister, Dorinda C. Chabra and husband, John, brother, Ethan C. Holly and wife, Barbara and sister, Latrisha C. Creach Arnold, all of Deming. Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Theodore R. Arnold, paternal grandfather, Warren Holly, his mother, Amanda C. Bush and two sister. Desert Laen Memorial Gardens in Deming.”
