“Preliminary investigation revealed a green 1998 Ford contour driven by, Tyler J. Kuhn, 19, Greenville, was traveling northbound on State Route 49 north of Oakes Road. Kuhn's vehicle traveled across the centerline striking a southbound 2007 Buick Lucerne driven by, Gregg E. Holley, 55, Lancaster. Kuhn and Holley's vehicles collided head on. After the initial impact Holley's vehicle was struck by a southbound 1996 Chrysler LHS driven by, David P. Maurer Jr., Greenville.”
