If not you will get used and abused your entire life and it will get a lot worse than that. People will see you as weak and take advantage of you at every turn. They will laugh behind your back and try to constantly figure out how far you can be pushed. You will not be living your own life and one day realize yourself as desperately lost. Use this experience to wake up now. Each life is Sacred in it's own unique way. You are perfect. You are indespensible. You derserve respect. Never worry if someone else doesn't appreciate you and your efforts because it indicates a lack of appreciation for themselves simply being reflected outward on to others (keep that to yourself tho.as it will not serve to tell them). You are not defined by the thoughts and actions of others whether it is criticism or praise. Don't let other peoples thoughts become your thoughts. It is the negative self talk that you adopt this way that is causing you to now second guess yourself. Be your individual Beautiful perfect self and don't let anyone tell you it is wrong to be you. You are a Life and not a carbon copy cutout sent to the planet Earth to be a doormat or servant to anyone. Understand this and all that drama youhave created for yourself as evident in the above just simply goes away.”
