“Once were all working together its really important that were all working together as peers. So I never look at them as inexperienced or even really younger, I look at them as they are characters in the show. Certainly sometimes well be in a conversation and Ill realize like, Oh, are they asking me for advice? Ive actually resisted that dynamic a lot just because I respect all of them and I think theyre all great.”
