Taking care of our physical body is an agreement we have made for the gift of the incarnation process. It is the vehicle through which we manifest our creations into the physical world. The creative process is also influenced by the conditions of our lives, which are the result of our creative process over time. Recognizing, understanding, and learning to improve the condition of our lives—physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally—is required to do this.””
