[Wikipedia] Andrew N. Ferguson is an American lawyer and government official serving since 2025 as the 57th chairman of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). A member of the Republican Party, he has served as an FTC commissioner since 2024. He previously served as solicitor general of Virginia from 2022 to 2024.
