““We begin by exploring how peak performance is related to the notion of peak experience, both at the individual and group level. Following an explanation of our research methodology, we present the observation data from our study interpolated with our analyses. Based on these analyses, we propose a model of collective virtuosity in organizations and conclude by explaining limitations of our research and offering directions for further research.””
