About David Haye
David Deron Haye, a British former professional boxer, competed from 2002 until 2018. He won the European cruiserweight title between 2005 and 2007, then captured the unified and Ring magazine cruiserweight championships in 2007‑2008, and later held the WBA heavyweight title from 2009 to 2011. As an amateur, he became the first British boxer to reach the World Championships final, earning a silver medal in 2001.
