Some won't even allow you to get insurance at all while pregnant or for 6 months thereafter. You should most likely not make any change to your insurance right now, if you lose coverage you possibly cannot get coverage elsewhere at all for up to 15 months. There is a such thing as supplemental maternity insurance that you can obtain after you become pregnant, but I would check at my local health department first to see what savings they could offer before I checked into supplemental maternity."
