I think its natural for a musician that, especially if youre in touch with where music really comes from, youre going to be in tune with whats goin on. Its not an intentional thing, like were going to be political. Were reacting to whats going on. Thats kind of how music works as a force in the world. As a healing force or whatever it is music doesas an inspiring force, its got to interact with whats going on. I had never even thought about that before until you just said that.
