“We all have ups and downs in life sometimes. Moments where we feel like we're facing the giants all on our own and no one cares if we defeat or conquer them, some moments we feel like we don't belong or fit in and some moments all we need is just to hear somebody say; it's going to be ok. I trully believe we all must try to lift up each other whenever we see a need. Every now and then we fall down, but we get up to help ourselves and others. It doesn't take many to make change.
