"I was always told that you can spot a fake friend by seeing if they stick by your side during the good times and the bad times. Another way to identify a fake friend is to see how they treat you when THEY are going through hard times, and compare that to how they act when their life is going good. Nowadays, people will come into your life when they are struggling, you will be there for them, and do all of the things that a good friend is suppose to do, and the moment that they overcome whatever they are dealing with, they will turn into a totally different person. They will start seeing all of these new people popping up in their life that wasnt around during the bad times, and the people that were there for them during the bad times will be pushed to the side. I see things like this happening a lot. Be careful who you consider a friend, because a lot of these people in this world cant even trust themselves, so you should know that you cant trust most of them."
