““In my career and life I have watched many men fail. They didn’t fail because they weren’t passionate. They didn’t fail because they didn’t try. They didn’t fail because they didn’t work hard. Vocationally they were ready, empowered by formal or informal education. But, emotionally and spiritually they were not ready to assume the responsibilities of manhood.
