“What Im saying is, the charges were facing was a minimum of 30 to life. I thought that I was signing a plea with a minimum of 20-30, but I didnt. I actually signed a 30 to life plea, which the judge has the option to give me, or my brother 20 if he wanted to or somewhere in that range. But we actually signed a 30 to life plea, which is what makes me want to take my plea back. Thats where Im at right now; thats why Im trying to get back into the courtroom because 30 is too much.”
