““Second Corinthians 4:13 says, “It is written: ‘I believed; therefore I have spoken.’ With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak.” If you are in Christ, you have been given that “same spirit of faith.” The original word for spirit is literally translated “breath.” When you speak God’s Word out loud with confidence in Him—rather than your own ability to believe—you are breathing faith. Believing and speaking the truth of God’s Word is like receiving blessed CPR from the Holy Spirit. Father, so often I feel like the boy’s father who first exclaimed, “I do believe!””
