About Otto von Bismarck
His full name was Otto Eduard Leopold, Prince of Bismarck, Count of Bismarck‑Schönhausen and Duke of Lauenburg. He was a German diplomat who used Realpolitik and firm governance, earning the nickname Iron Chancellor. He oversaw the unification of Germany and was its first chancellor from 1871 until 1890.
