[Wikipedia] George Joachim Goschen, 1st Viscount Goschen, was a British statesman and businessman best remembered for being "forgotten" by Lord Randolph Churchill. He was initially a Liberal, then a Liberal Unionist before joining the Conservative Party in 1893.
