About Bruno Stagno Ugarte
Bruno Stagno Ugarte was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica from 2006 to 2010 and was the president of the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from 2005 to 2008 and co-president of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization conference, among other roles at the multilateral level.
