“When a person, group, or a government is speaking of necessary evils they must first realize that no evil is truly necessary. It may be easier, it may be kinder, it may even be less damaging, however when thinking about an necessary evil you must consider why the evil is necessary. Necessary evils tend to be like putting a band-aid over a bullet hole and hoping it goes away. If you take the bullet out and suture it shut it heals. Similarly If you solve the issue behind it the evil loses necessity.”
