About Douglas Coupland
Coupland originally trained as a sculptor before turning to writing, where he quickly found unexpected success with his 1991 bestseller Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture. Since then he has published dozens of books, including novels, short‑story collections, and essay collections. He also writes columns and contributes articles to newspapers and magazines such as the New York Times, the Financial Times, the Guardian, and Wired Magazine.
