About Debbie Reynolds

Reynolds also starred in The Affairs of Dobie Gillis (1953), Susan Slept Here (1954), Bundle of Joy and The Catered Affair, and Tammy and the Bachelor (1957), where her song “Tammy” topped the Billboard charts. In 1959 she appeared with Tony Randall in The Mating Game and released her first pop album, Debbie. She later acted in How the West Was Won (1962) and earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress as Margaret “Molly” Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown (1964). Other movies include The Singing Nun (1966), Divorce American Style (1967), What’s the Matter with Helen? (1971) and Mother and In & Out (1997). She voiced Charlotte A. Cavatica in the animated film Charlotte’s Web (1973).
