Talent is everlasting and cant be taking away from a man. For you to be regarded as a winner you must first of all recognized your God-given talent, work your tail off to develop it into skills and use the skill to accomplish your goals. Talent is natural because we are most often born with it. Training on the other hand helps our talent to grow. Hence, without training, your talent will be useless. Perhaps you have the talent of speaking to people. With sound training, that talent will develop and it will yield to an endless success. Without the training process our talent therefore is useless. Sometimes a man might not be talented in a particular field but with incessant training, he will get to the same feat with the man that has the talent and may even surpass him.”
