Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth. Your boss may be less appreciative, you know your worth. People these days gain attention by losing respect. Respect lasts longer than attention. Respect yourself first so you can be able to respect others, you will be respected. You're a boss not a Facebook post. People don't have to like you but they WILL respect you. Being respected has much greater value than being liked.”
