““Let us first and foremost look into what Christ himself said on the matter — for those of us who are of the Christian faith…as opposed to the modern-day so-called “Christian” form of organized religion. This distinction between a sincere childlike faith “in spirit and in truth” that focuses on a personal relationship with God as our spiritual Father and ultimate life-long Teacher, Protector, and Defender — as Christ clearly explained — versus the ritualistic and legalistic aspects of an organized religion — must be distinguished, as modern-day Christianity as an organized form of religion does not always follow what Christ commanded — foremost being to love God with all one’s heart, and one’s neighbor as oneself — and oftentimes completely contradicts the teachings of Christ himself in a myriad of ways as shamefully observed from the world’s viewpoint when focusing its attention onto words and actions of all things “Christian” — which as a result has unfortunately given genuine Christianity as a personal, liberating form of faith (as opposed to as an organized form of religion) an undeserved and erroneous bad name.””
