“People keep you around for a reason and to benefit them. If the road is a one way street then take a different route and leave. Drive away. Chances are they will miss you. They will start to miss the little things, the things that meant a lot to you, but not to them. They will realize they need you and regret they lost you when they had you. No one realizes how much you're worth til you're gone. So go. If that's what it will take to get a little appreciation then do it, and never look back. It will take hard work and dedication, but so does sticking around, and you handled that much well.”
