About Warren Farrell

He first joined the second‑wave feminist movement in the late 1960s and 1970s and served on the board of the National Organization for Women in New York City. In 1974 he earned a doctorate in political science and wrote The Liberated Man, which examined how gender roles limited both men and women. His role‑reversal workshops in the 1970s and early 1980s brought him public attention. Later he became critical of feminism and focused on the challenges men face.
