About Meek Mill
Before joining Maybach Music Group, Meek Mill signed with T.I.’s Grand Hustle Records in 2008, but left in 2011 without releasing music. He appeared on the label’s 2011 compilation Self Made Vol. 1, where his track “Tupac Back” was the lead single. The follow‑up song “Ima Boss” later entered the Billboard Hot 100, giving him his first chart appearance.
