About Clayton Christensen

He introduced the idea of “disruption” in his 1997 book The Innovator’s Dilemma, which The Economist called the most influential business idea of the early 21st century. He was the Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and a leader and writer in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints. He also helped create the Jobs to Be Done development methodology.
