Letting go of jealousy is a sign of maturity. A mature person sees that no one owns anyone and takes responsibility for their actions. They can also laugh like a child and grow over time. They learn to handle insults better than compliments and understand that maturity can appear as simple as a scoop of ice cream shared with friends.
